• Lifetime warranty is valid on most of our gear, including some glass components. Some gear – such as the EZ Pipe & coils are not covered – for obvious reasons.
• We get [and send out] a DOA [dead on arrival] product on very rare occasions, despite our very stringent quality assurance process. If this happens to you, we’ll apologize and rush a replacement your way.
• Our goal is to honor 100% of warranty claims. And we’re on target there.
• We won’t even ask you to send back your broken device – EVER – or even send in a photo so we can verify your purchase. All we ask is that you register the warranty & follow the instructions when submitting your warranty claim.
• We do require you to cover the cost of shipping and handling for a device replaced under warranty. Sometimes, shipping fees can be a bit higher if the device is bulkier… but your replacement device is always 100% free.
