Q: Is my device covered under warranty?
A: Yes. All parts of the Bullet can be ordered separately on The Kind Pen warranty app. Just create an account and use your serial number to register your device after entering the serial number all the parts for your device with show up. You can redeem any parts/colors needed *Please note that shipping is charged per part.
Q: How do I turn the Bullet on?
A: Click the button of your device 5 times fast to turn it on, and then hold your button down when inhaling to heat your device and use it.
Q: Can I use my product for dry herb?
A: No. The product is sold as a wax vape but we do sell a separate attachment that is used for dry herb. You can remove the included dual quartz attachment by unscrewing it and screwing on this one to turn your device into a combustion vaporizer
Q: How do I load concentrate into my Bullet?
A: Unscrew the mouthpiece from the chamber, use the dab tool to load your concentrate into the device (Please be sure to use a solidified product so that it heats correctly, DO NOT put any liquid substance into the chamber). Your product should sit on top of your coils, covering them up mostly, so that you can get an even hit upon inhale, and will help to keep your device clean. Do not overload your device. You should only be using a pea size amount of product at a time. Once the chamber is loaded, screw the top back on and press the button while you inhale.

A: Use the micro USB charger provided in the packaging. Plug into USB wall port then plug the micro USB end into the device. A red light should appear just above where the micro USB plugs into the device, that light will stay RED while charging and turn GREEN when finished. Please DO NOT charge this device for more than 2 hours and DO NOT use this device while it is charging.

A: When the mouthpiece seems to be getting clogged with residue we recommend cleaning the mouthpiece with an alcohol swab to remove any residue. When cleaning the heating chamber we recommend using a small brush and gently cleaning the walls of the chamber, please DO NOT push down on the heating element.

A: Yes, your device is 510 threaded (510 thread battery) and can be used with most 510 threaded oil cartridges, but we only recommend for use with very thick distillates, as the battery of the Bullet has quite a high voltage and will burn thinner oils too hot.
