A: Tap the bottom sensor 3 times, quickly.
A: The red light indicates lowest temperature, yellow is medium and green is the highest temperature.
A: Your sensor will light up red while your pen is charging, and the light will turn green to indicate a full charge. We DO NOT RECOMMEND charging your device for more than 2 hours, and recommend un attaching all atomizers while your device charges.
A: Yes, you can order a replacement mouthpiece under warranty on The Kind Pen app by registering your pen with the correct serial number. You will only be responsible for shipping fees
A: The ceramic disk atomizer does not get quite as hot as quickly as the dual quartz atomizer, but some people choose to use the disk atomizer because they prefer not to smoke off of the titanium coil, as it sometimes will effect the taste of your product.
A: Atomizers typically last for 2-3 months of consistent use. The ceramic disk will last a bit longer than the dual quartz atomizer, and you can easily trouble shoot whether your atomizer has burnt out or if you are having a battery issue by attaching your less used atomizer and seeing if it will heat up. If neither atomizer will heat up on your battery, and it does not seem as if your battery itself is getting warm at all, you may have a battery issue.
A: In order to clean either atomizer, we recommend using a small tool such as a q tip or toothpick with cotton at the end, soaked in rubbing alcohol or 420 cleaner. We do not recommend soaking the atomizers in any liquid, as you can damage them. If you clean thoroughly after every 1-2 uses, you should not have an issue with your atomizers becoming too dirty before they burn out. If your atomizers ARE dirty and have old product residue on them, it will cause them to not work as well and eventually you will need to replace them, sooner than if they are being cleaned properly.
A: That is up to personal preference, whether you want to create a larger smoke cloud. If you’d like more vapor, I recommend keeping your airflow closed. If you want less vapor, I recommend leaving it open.
A: This could mean a few different things. It either means your battery needs to be charged, or you are holding the button down too long and your pen is shutting down due to overheating. It could also mean you need a new battery. We recommend holding your button down for less time and seeing if that helps. If not, charge your pen for an hour and check it. If that does not work, you most likely need a new battery.
