A: Yes. All parts of the Orion can be ordered separately on The Kind Pen warranty app. Just create an account and use your serial number to register your device after entering the serial number all the parts for your device with show up. You can redeem any parts/colors needed *Please note that shipping is charged per part.

A: Twist off the mouthpiece from the heating chamber. Load the Heating chamber with your herb, use the packing tool to pack down the herb (be careful not to overpack). Twist the mouthpiece back on then you are ready to use. DO NOT put any seeds or stems into the heating chamber.

A: Once the device is loaded, press the button 3x fast. The light around the button will turn green once it gets to vaping temp (the orion temperature hovers between 380 – 420 degrees). After 4 minutes the orion will automatically shut off, just press the button 3x fast again to re-activate the heating chamber.

A: When your devices battery starts running low the light around the battery will flash red 8x. Use the micro USB charger provided to charge the device. Once plugged in the light on the bottom will turn red when the device is finished charging the red light will then turn off. Please DO NOT use or turn the device on while it is charging.

A: When cleaning your Orion make sure the device is off and cooled down. To clean the heating chamber use the brush tool to clean off the walls inside the chamber. To clean the mouthpiece you can unscrew the silver piece and use a damp cloth to clean any residue off of the inner and outer parts of the mouthpiece.
