Lobi FAQ
Q: How do I turn on/off my device?
A: Simply click the button of your device 5 times fast to turn on, then 3 times to rotate through the voltage settings. Then hold the button down upon inhaling to heat your product. You can click the button 5 more times to turn it off.
Q: How do I adjust the airflow of my device?
A: Turn the small knob on the side of the device to open and close the airflow. Opening the airflow will allow for an easier pull but having the airflow closed more will require a harder draw.
Q: How do I clean my chamber?
A: Wait until your device is completely cooled down, then remove the middle portion of the device and press down while twisting the chamber to the “unlocked” position to remove it from the battery. After removing the chamber, use a q tip soaked in a cleaning solution to wipe the chamber out. You can soak the chamber in a food-safe cleaning solution as well, but make sure it is completely dry before reattaching to your unit.
Q: How do I remove the chamber of my device?
A: Make sure your device is off and completely cooled down. Remove the middle portion of your device (below the mouthpiece, above the battery), to expose the chamber. Press down on the chamber while twisting it to line the notches on the chamber up with the insets on the battery to unlock it from the battery itself, then just pop it out.
Q: How do I clean my mouthpiece?
A: Simply remove the mouthpiece from the device and soak it in a food-safe cleaning solution such as hydroxypropyl or rubbing alcohol, then scrub the inside with a pipe cleaner and wipe it down to dry it.
Q: Can my atomizer be replaced?
A: Yes, you can replace the atomizer via your pen’s warranty as needed.
Q: Which voltage setting should I be using for my product?
A: We recommend a lower voltage setting for thinner, more viscous products, such as wax or butter, and using the higher setting for thicker, more solid products such as crumble and shatter.
Q: Can I use this device with oils?
A: No, the Lobi is not to be used with oils, only waxes, and more solid products. If the device is used with oil it could seep into the chamber and render it useless.
Q: Can I charge the device with the atomizer inserted?
A: No, we do not recommend charging the device with the atomizer inserted, as it could cause increased temperatures for an extended time on the atomizer and burn out the heating mechanism, as well as wasting any product that may be left in the atomizer itself.
Q: How long should I charge my device for?
A: We recommend charging the Lobi for 30-60 minutes at a time, off of a low power outlet, and not leaving it unattended while charging. We also recommend making sure the device is OFF while charging.
