A: Click your pen’s button 5 times fast to turn on.

A: Click your pen’s button 3 times fast to rotate through temperature (voltage) settings.

A: Click your pen’s button 2 times fast to preheat your device. The lights will glow different colors for a few seconds. When they stop, you can proceed to selecting your preferred voltage setting and hold your pen’s button down in order to use your device.

A: Red indicates the highest temperature (voltage) setting (3.2 volts). Blue indicates the medium setting (2.8 volts) and green is the lowest voltage (2.4 volts).

A: The preheat will bring your device to 2.0 volts.

A: Typically, a green blinking light will either indicate that your device needs to be charged, or you are holding the button down for too long.

A: Typically, the white blinking light indicates that your device is not compatible with the cartridge you are using.

A: Your pen comes with a 510 threaded, glass wickless, .5 ml cartridge, but can be compatible with many different types of prefilled cartridges, as long as they are a 510 thread battery.

A: This all depends on the type of product you are putting in your cartridge. Typically we recommend the blue voltage setting as the standard for all consistencies and types of oils. If you are using a thinner consistency e-liquid or nicotine oil, we recommend using the green (low) voltage setting.

A: Yes. If you are unable to locate your warranty serial number, please email us at [email protected] with a photo of your device or the order number on which you ordered your pen, and we will send you the serial number. Additionally, if your serial number comes up as “No such product found”, please email us and we will send you the updated number.

A: We recommend trying to adjust the connection between your cartridge and battery by simply unscrewing it a bit to see if that helps the connection. If not, you can fill the cartridge that came with your device with substance of your choice, and you should have no problem.

A: First, unscrew your cartridge from the battery. Then, detach your mouthpiece from your cartridge. It’s best to use a blunt tip syringe to fill AROUND the center metal post in your cartridge, being careful to not overfill. We recommend only filling ¼ of the way initially, to make sure there are no malfunctions with your battery or cartridge. Once you know your cartridge works properly, you can fill around ¾ of the way and continue to use your device.

A: We only recommend refilling your cartridge 2-3 times, and you should not be refilling with a different substance than you were previously using.
