Q: Is my device covered under warranty?
A: Yes, all the parts for the V2 are covered under warranty, on The Kind Pen app. You can input your device’s serial number and will only be responsible for shipping charges on replacement parts.
Q: How many attachments come with my device and what are they used for?
A: The V2 comes with 3 attachments (a dual ceramic rod attachment w/ titanium coils for wax, an e liquid attachment for essential oils, e liquid, and other oils, and a dry herb attachment with a pancake coil)
Q: How should I grind my herb for the dry herb attachment?
A: We recommend a fine to medium grind for the dry herb attachment, medium pack.
Q: How long do the atomizers typically last?
A: Depending on consistency of use, atomizers will last 1-3 months.
Q: Where do I load the wax for my wax attachment?
A: Put your wax on the dual ceramic rod, making sure it is touching the coils. Then put your mouthpiece over the wax attachment while holding the button down to heat your coils and use.
Q: What is the capacity of the dry herb chamber?
A: The dry herb chamber for the V2 is only meant to be a one-hitter type device, so we do not recommend packing with over .01 grams (a pinch of herb)
Q: How do I clean my atomizers?
A: In order to clean either atomizer, we recommend using a small tool such as a q-tip or toothpick with cotton at the end, soaked in rubbing alcohol or 420 cleaner. We do not recommend soaking the atomizers in any liquid, as you can damage them. If you clean thoroughly after every 1-2 uses, you should not have an issue with your atomizers becoming too dirty before they burn out. If your atomizers ARE dirty and have old product residue on them, it will cause them to not work as well and eventually you will need to replace them, sooner than if they are being cleaned properly.
Q: The button on my V2 is stuck. What can I do?
A: We recommend trying to unstick your button by clicking a few times, trying to loosen it up. If that doesn’t work, you can order a new battery on The Kind Pen warranty app with your warranty number.

A: We do not refund used product and/or orders over 30 days old, but we can sometimes make exceptions on an exchange, depending on the circumstances.
