Q: Is my device covered under warranty?
A: Unfortunately this product is NOT covered under warranty. Please contact us if you experience issues with the product and we will be more than happy to assist you.
Q: How do I turn my device on/off?
A: In order to turn your device on, click the button 5 times fast. Then you will see 3 flashing lights on the button, either red, blue or green. Those lights indicate voltage.
Q: How do I know if my battery is dead?
A: When attempting the use your battery, the light will flash red 3x immediately when holding down the button. That will indicate that you need to charge your device. As the battery gets low the strength will noticeably start to decrease when attempting to use.

A: Green is low, Blue is medium and Red is high. To change voltages, just click the button 3 times fast. You can also preheat your device by clicking the button 2 times fast (Only recommended for thicker oils or if your device was stored somewhere in a low temperature)

A: As long as it is a 510 thread battery it should work on the device. If you ever encounter a white flashing light when switching between cartridges you might have the adjust the connectors on the battery and cartridge. There are a few YouTube videos that can show you how to do this properly, or you can attempt to adjust the connection by slightly tightening or loosening your cartridge.

Neurotags use algorithmically coupled codes (tags) to allow the customer to scan with their smart phone prior to purchasing in order to authenticate their product. After purchasing, you can scratch off the gray box, as you would a lottery ticket, and scan that code to create an account and register your device’s “rewards” points. You can then use built up reward points to redeem for different products on the rewards page.
