    It’s been my experience for over a few years now that the difference between vaping concentrates and flower are the high level and duration. Concentrates will get me almost as high as flower, the buzz does feel “cleaner” and I don’t get stinky, but it doesn’t seem to last as long. That said, as an old school flower burner, the additions we can add to flower like keif or moonrock, can get you very high and with or without those, the buzz will last longer, but smoke enough and the body feels the bad effects of the burning plant. On the vomiting note, I have noticed that if I smoke too much before the buzz really kicks in, I have had a physical “freakout” which made me feel sick. Since experiencing that a few times, I have taken the slow and steady approach, building the buzz slower, and found that has prevented it from happening again. By that I mean, hit it once or twice, let the buzz come in, gauge how much it effects you, and after about 30 minutes of buzzing, I can continue and get higher without issue. Doing this in the evening also leads to EXCELLENT sleep, FWIW.
