✖ The Misses:

• Size: The Lobi Pen is a bit on the larger size for a wax pen, which may not be ideal for those looking for a super portable option.
• Airflow: The mouthpiece opening can be a little small, causing the vapor to feel a bit thick or “milkshake-like” if the airflow valve is closed.
• Gets warmish: On higher temp settings, that is. It’s the nature of the beast when you go over 400F. It’s not uncomfortable or dangerous.

Puffco Plus (8/10)

✅ The Hits:

• Nice Smoothness: Unsurprisingly, ceramic chamber ensures clean, tasty vapor. Nothing harsh about it.
• Undercover Agent: Seriously, it looks like a high-end fountain pen. Great if you need to be discreet about your vape sessions.
• Lightning Fast: ‘Dart Mode’ is crazy for quick dabs. It heats up almost instantly, perfect for those “gotta snatch a quick hit” moments.

✖ The Misses:

• Small chamber size: The Puffco Plus has a ceramic chamber with a relatively small capacity. And it’s frustrating! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve found myself having to hit yet another dab while beating just mildly baked. If you’re a heavy user, the Plus definitely isn’t for you.
• Short battery life: This thing dies more than Agent Coulson in Marvel’s Agents of Shield. To put it plainly, the Plus has a shorter battery life than some other dab pens. It’s always on the charger in my house because I’m a frequent vaper. If you’re one, too, you’ll be charging it more than you’ll vape on it. Trust me.
• Learning Curve: While the Puffco Plus has a built-in dab tool and session mode, some users find it requires a bit more finesse to use compared to simpler pens. The small chamber and specific temperature settings require a bit more technique to get the perfect hit.

Cookies x G Pen Micro Plus (7/10)

✅ The Hits:

• Sleek and Discreet: I’ll say this for the Micro Plus – it’s small and compact, making it a real on-the-go device. . The Micro+ easily slips into a pocket or small bag, making it perfect for on-the-go use.
• Easy to Use: The Micro+ is intuitive and beginner-friendly. I love the simple interface and the haptic feedback that lets you know what’s happening without looking.
• Premium Feel: The Cookies branding adds a touch of style, and the pen’s overall construction feels durable and well-made.

✖ The Misses:

• Battery Life: While perfectly sufficient for my needs, heavy users might find themselves wishing for longer battery life. One review pointed out that “the battery can drain rather quickly with frequent use.”
• Can Get Hot: During extended sessions or on the highest temperature setting, the Micro+ can get a bit warm in the hand. Like the Lobi. it’s nothing too uncomfortable, but noticeable.
• Limited Customization: Compared to our Lobi, the Micro+ has less control over temperature settings.

Which Dab Pen Is a Logical Choice for You?

All three devices deliver, but my heart belongs to the Lobi.  It’s got that amazing flavor, user-friendly options, and it’s budget-friendly! Of course, there’s something for everyone here. The Puffco Plus gets major points for discreet design and the ‘Dart Mode’.  And the Cookies x G Pen is king if you’re new to dab pens and just want something super easy to use.

What Is Dabbing, Anyway?
