Q: Is my device covered under warranty?
A: Yes. All parts of the HIGHkey can be ordered separately on The Kind Pen warranty app. Just create an account and use your serial number to register your device after entering the serial number all the parts for your device with show up. You can redeem any parts/colors needed *Please note that shipping is charged per part.

A: Click the oval button located in the center of your device 5 times to turn on, select your desired voltage, and hold the button of your device down to use it.

This device also comes with a preheat setting that you can activate by clicks the button 2x fast, when in preheat mode the button will light up different colors for 10 seconds (Only recommended for thicker oils).
