A: Yes, the Jiggy is fully covered under lifetime warranty. In order to redeem the warranty on your device, simply scratch and scan the QR code on your box with the camera on a smart phone or tablet. You will then be prompted to register your device’s warranty and rewards points via a site on your internet browser. This will allow you to easily replace any parts of your Jiggy, free of charge, for life.

A: Simply click the button on your Jiggy 3 times fast to change the voltage setting on your battery. We recommend using the lower voltage settings with your oil cartridge and using the higher settings for waxes and shatters of a more solid consistency.

A: You can use the included pipe cleaners to clean your air path (the hole at the bottom of your device). In order to clean the closed quartz attachment, try using a skinny q tip soaked in hydroxypropyl to wipe off the inside of the attachment gently. You can also clean your straw with the same q-tip.

A: Simply click the button on your device 2 times to preheat your oil cartridge. We do not recommend using preheat mode with your wax attachments.

A: The light on your device will turn red when charging, and change to green when fully charged. We do not recommend charging with any attachments on your pen, and you should not charge for over 60 minutes to preserve the life of your battery.
